1.5 “Community Curator” or "CC" refers to an individual or entity who creates and uploads original educational content (such as test papers, assignments, or learning materials) to the platform for the purpose of sharing it with the community. This content may be made accessible to students for download, use in assessments, or learning activities. The Community Curator retains ownership of the content while granting the platform a license to distribute and display it to users as per these Terms.
3.2 Accounts are parent-first, linked to the child’s profile.
3.3 Parents must actively consent to collection and use of personal data:

3.4 Parents may access, correct, or delete their child’s data at any time via the account dashboard.

5.2 User-uploaded Content is not claimed by the Website unless explicitly stated.

5.4 CCs retain ownership but grant the platform a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, analyze, categorize and redistribute Content for educational purposes.
5.5 All MOE-aligned content is licensed or used with proper permissions.

8.2 No redistribution of full test papers or solutions or questions without permission.
8.3 No uploading content infringing third-party rights.
